In Albuquerque, NM, “Auto Mow Co” refers to EL Land Works LLC, operating as Auto Mow Co of Albuquerque under license.
When you submit information or opt into SMS communications, your data is collected and processed by the applicable operating entity serving your location.
Unless otherwise specified, references to “Auto Mow Co,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms refer to the applicable operating entity for your service location.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Auto Mow Co. Auto Mow Co sends SMS messages related to service updates, scheduling notifications, promotional offers, billing, and customer support.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Auto Mow Co., Consent may be provided through our website forms, paper forms, or verbal agreement during customer service interactions.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method.

When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.

The term of the subscription groundskeeping service plan for residential clients is 1 mowing season beginning February 1st, and ending December 1st. The term of the service plan for Commercial clients is 2 mowing seasons, each beginning February 1st, and ending December 1st. On December 2nd, Service plans will Auto Renew for another term, until cancellation by the owner is expressed in writing to [email protected] 30 days notice prior to the requested date of cancellation of weekly services is required under this agreement. If a subscription is initiated on any other date than February 1st, or if due to weather the pause in the mow season for winter is longer than anticipated, one “mow season” will be defined as 44 weeks of subscription payments, with no payments collected during the winter when grass does not need to be mowed.
Automatic payments will be collected on a weekly basis while this agreement is in effect, and will be collected after the work has been completed, generally every Saturday. Receipts are available upon request for all payments collected. Due to our automated stripe billing software preventing the configuration of subscription invoices showing payment for work completed the previous working week, receipts may suggest that payment was collected prior to services being rendered, but this is incorrect, weekly subscription payments always apply to work completed prior to the payment unless a customer and Auto Mow Co specifically arrange for their subscription to be billed "up front". Generally we will indicate that payments apply to the previous week's service in the memo line of our invoices. Unless customers request otherwise, credit cards are securely stored for future payments using the stripe credit card processing platform. We will not bill cards kept on file except when we have permission to do so from our customers on a specific or general basis. Any subscription payments missed due to, for instance, an expired credit card are to be paid retroactively no later than 15 days after the date a payment was missed, missed subscription payments may be automatically retried by our billing software or at Auto Mow Co's discretion.
For residential clients, all standard installation costs are included in the weekly bundled pricing plan if there is a completion of one (1) 44-week mowing season. For commercial clients, all standard installation costs are included in the weekly bundled pricing plan if there is a completion of two (2) 44-week mowing seasons. Any cancelation before completion of the term of the service plan will result in a cancelation fee to cover installation costs, cancellation fee amounts are based on a shop labor rate of $150/hr, as well as customer lot size, and typically range from $600 to $1000 per Automower. Owner agrees to pay any outstanding balance owed to Contractor, and to reimburse Contractor for the cost of installation.
Auto Mow Co. is an official Husqvarna AutoMower Dealer and Service Provider and provides both warranty and non-warranty repair and maintenance services to retail customers at a shop rate of $150/hr. Repairs that take place outside our shop / on site at a customers location will be subject to a minimum invoice of 2 hours at our shop rate.
